Custom Orders

  • Whether it's for a family reunion or your Company we would love to accommodate you with a special made order! Custom designs will only be accepted in a bulk purchase, which consists of 10 items. Please send us an email on the product you would like personalized along with the image you'd like on the product. 
  • If you see a product you like but would like it in a different color option please feel free to reach out to us and we would love to assist you!

Shipping Details

Shipping Locally & to the U.S.

We offer first-class shipping to Guam, CNMI, and the mainland U.S.A. through USPS! Tracking information will be emailed once the item ships.

International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us first for a shipping quote. 

Payments, Receipts, and Refunds

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Receipts

A receipt will be emailed upon completion of checkout and a packing slip will be included with the item.

Refunds

Unopened packages can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for a full-refund. Please contact us at G.VibesLLC1@gmail.com in the event there are manufacturer's defects.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tracking information will be used to track the package. Please confirm that the shipping address is correct as G Vibes can not be held responsible for packages marked "Delivered" under USPS tracking information.
